We have an opportunity for an experienced water utility Commercial Manager with strong experience in terms service maintenance contracts using NEC3 and NEC4 to join one of their water frameworks.

You will have excellent experience working as a Commercial Manager in 'Repairs and Maintenance' within the Water Sector. This is an essential requirement for this role

You will also have experience working with High volume and low value schemes with the attitude of being willing to role your sleeves up and being able to deal with large quantities of data hence having excellent experience with excel and being able to manipulate spreadsheets which plays a very important part in this role.

This role can be admin intensive hence you will need to have a head for spreadsheets and manipulating data as well as demonstrable IT skills.

Qualifications and essential skills required:

BSc in Quantity Surveying or something similar, RICS, CIOB accredited

Excellent problem solving skills

Supervision of junior Quantity Surveyors

Strong experience in Repairs & Maintenance(R&M) with low value and high volume schemes is essential
