Position Overview:
As a Commercial Heating Engineer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of heating systems in commercial and industrial properties throughout Manchester. You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of various heating systems, providing our clients with unmatched service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair commercial heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and overhead tube systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot heating system issues to identify and implement effective solutions.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
Collaborate with clients to assess heating system needs and provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and equipment specifications.
Comply with all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the HVAC field.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Commercial Heating Engineer.
Relevant ACS technical certifications or qualifications in HVAC systems.
Strong knowledge of commercial heating systems, including boilers, pumps, and controls.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid drivers license.
