Anderselite are recruiting on behalf of a tier one contractor for a commercial cost administrator in the Solihull area of Birmingham. The role will invovle you working with the Operations teams and Commercial to ensure alignment of cost in the Project cost control (Prolog) and Finance systems (Icon).
Duties:
• GRN (Good Receipt Note) material delivery notes into our finance system (icon)
• Enter weekly timesheet for operated plant into the finance system
• On-hire & off-hire non-operated plant within the finance system
• Use the stone material tracking spreadsheet to match deliveries with invoices
• Delete obsolete GRNs ensuring month end accruals are accurate
• Resolve not passed invoice queries
• Use the cost reporting dashboard to enter invoices into their cost management system
• Attend weekly plant meetings to keep track of plant on site
• Complete requisitions as required
• Ad hoc duties as required

Skills and Experience :
• IT literate
• Team Player
• Experience of Icon GRN desirable
• Educated to GCSE standards must have working knowledge of Excel skills and have proficient numeracy skills.
