Our client a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy with 4 offices throughout the UK are currently looking for a Clerk of Works to join their current team to be based in either Sheffield or Leeds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections and checking that building plans are being followed correctly.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Reviewing project documentation

• Inspecting the quality and safety of work

• Monitoring the progress of construction

• Reporting to senior managers and clients


Experience:

• You will have gained a good level of previous experience as a clerk of works/building inspector.

• If you have previous experience working on residential or care home projects this would also be beneficial although not essential.

• Good skills in IT is also necessary.
