Our client a global multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy with offices throughout all major cities across the UK are currently looking for a Clerk of Works to join their current team based from either the Leeds or the Sheffield office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections and checking that building plans are being followed correctly.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Reviewing project documentation

• Inspecting the quality and safety of work

• Monitoring the progress of construction

• Reporting to senior managers and clients


Experience:

• You will have gained a good level of previous experience as a clerk of works or as a quality/building inspector.
