Cladding Site Manager required for remedial works to a residential block in East London. The role is offered on a contract basis initially.

The project involves extensive scaffolding to enable the removal and reinstatement of cladding to the upper levels of the building.
Residents of the building will be present, so care and good customer service skills are required.

Requirements:
Cladding/facades/externals experience
knowledge of correct firebreaks and cladding required.
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
