Chartered Senior Building Surveyor
£40000-£55000 plus Package

Anderselite are currently seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor for an international consultancy. You will work closely and manage in house projects as well as support the team based in Bristol, Cardiff and Birmingham. You will
• Report to and assist the Director in managing the Building Surveying Teams
• Lead Building Surveying, Project Management, and Contract Administration projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
• Create drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Conduct surveys and write reports for various Building Surveying services.
• Continuously improve standards, processes, and knowledge to enhance client services.
• Manage key client accounts.
• Develop client briefs, set appropriate fees, and ensure cost control until project completion.
• Mentor a junior team

Key Skills and Qualifications
• BSc (Hons) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree or similar/MRIC qualified Building Surveyor
• Design knowledge and working with Listed buildings
• NEC3 Supervisor experience desirable but not essential
• Chartered (RICS)
• Prior experience in managing sub-consultants and contractors is essential
• Experience in management of subconsultants and contractors .
• Familiarity with asset surveys and working with technology packages to meet client needs is preferred.
