Anderselite are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Chartered Building Surveyor, on behalf of a leading consultancy to become a part of their growing team.

In this role, you will primarily focus on the commercial sector, engaging in a diverse range of building surveying tasks as well as undertake responsibilities with

• Contract administration
• Technical Due Diligence
• Dilapidations
• Building Pathology
• General building surveying for commercial properties

Key skills and Qualifications

MRICS accreditation (or near completion)
A degree in Building Surveying
Proficiency in building contracts within a commercial context
Client r
A high level of current technical building knowledge
Experience in business development and client relationship-building
Valid car licence
