Fantastic opportunity available for CDC Surveyor to our dynamic and innovative architectural practice in West London

We are looking for a surveyor to join as part of the Condition Data Collection programme for Department of Education.

The data that the surveyor will capture will be collected via an iPad supplied by the client using Kykloud Software and then uploaded to the client’s portal.

The surveyor will cover West of London in a 50 mile radius of their location.

Requirements:

• 3 years assessing building element condition.
• For qualified resources this can be measured in the time elapsed since completion of an appropriate industry related degree or qualification, e.g. BSc (Hons) Building Surveying,
• Relevant project/commission experience including the timescales of the project/commissions, the scale of the project/commission and the individual's role in service delivery.
• Base offices can be either Croydon or Basingstoke for resources.
