This role will be to support the Transport and Infrastructure team and will involve the preparation of figures and drawings to support the delivery of their technical documents including Transport Assessment, Transport Statements and Travel Plans and also include the design of preliminary access schemes, creation of diagrams and use of auto track.

Person Specification

We are looking for a professional technician with the ability to produce high quality AutoCAD drawings to support the team on a range of projects.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following

Must be able to interpret engineering drawing
Must be experienced in AutoCAD 2D or equivalent
Good IT Skills and competent in Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
Have excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision and errors
To have experience producing detailed manufacturing drawings within a manufacturing or high-volume production environment is desirable.
To hold a relevant transport planning or engineering qualification is desirable but not essential.
