CAD Technician

Excellent opportunity to progress your career working with residential developer who have heavily invested in the off-site / modular housing sector. Having invested heavily over the last 18 months in their product, factory and people they are now looking to add to their technical team.

As the CAD Technician you will be able to work to tight deadlines under their own steam, managing personal workload to provide the relevant project information. You will have the ability to drive the project forward, communicating well with other departments and react quickly and decisively to change, helping to deliver projects successfully.

This role would suit either an experienced candidate proficient in architectural draughting or an ambitious Architectural Technician/Technologist who is keen to learn the fundamental basics of our business with high growth potential in a class-leading team.

The ideal candidate will have a experience working on off-site / modular construction projects and will have a proven track record of designing and specifying buildings from concept to project delivery. Including the provision of full packages including drawings, specifications and bills of material to allow the manufacture and delivery of modular buildings and houses. You will have experience working with various design software include REVIT, AutoCAD or SketchUp
