Our client, a leading contractor operating within the civil engineering and rail industries is seeking to employ a Buying Administrator to be based from their Barnsley office.

The client undertakes a variety of civil and construction related work within the rail environment (bridge renewals and refurbishments, embankment schemes, drainage, platform works and other similar schemes).

The vacancy is based within the clients Plant and Materials division, as such previous experience of working within a related position would be an advantage, or a knowledge of the construction industry.

Candidates will have strong administrative and communication skills and will be wanting to undertake a career in the procurement field.
