A well established Civil Engineering and Groundworks company are on the look out for a Construction Buyer.

This company works on Commercial, Housing, Remedial projects carrying out foundations, floor slabs and Road Construction.

Duties include
Procurement and scheduling of products, materials, plant and equipment.
• Ensuring purchases offer best value.
• Monitoring and reporting of price increases.
• Tracking orders and proactively addressing any failed or late deliveries.

The Ideal candidate would have as follows:

BSc, HNC, HND or vocational equivalent within procurement, buying or similar
Previous experience as a buyer or similar
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
Couple of references
