Our client is a leading UK Commercial and residential real estate consultancy. With 32 offices and over 1,000 staff, they are the experts for all property needs across the UK & Ireland.

They are currently looking to recruit an Associate Director level Building Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds.

The team works on a variety of work to include project management of office fitouts along with professional work, which is predominantly dilapidations, building surveys, Party Walls and Schedules of Condition.

The successful candidate will take a Senior level position within the current Building Surveying team with the opportunity to progress to a Director level going forwards.

Main tasks:

Work in a full autonomous capacity in the Building Consultancy team.

To contribute towards departmental financial performance targets.

To represent our client and the full range of property related services available to their clients.

Technical Skills/Experience:

Previous building surveying experience.

Computer Literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint), AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

Ability to prioritise conflicting workloads.

Capable of diligently working alone or as part of a team.
