Due to continued business growth, they have a great opportunity for a talented Building Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds.

They have a depth and breadth of experience, expertise, and local knowledge to support our clients at every stage of property investment, ownership, and occupation from acquisition to disposal. The role provides an opportunity to be part of an ambitious team who continue to grow in line with the company growth strategy.

The successful candidate will be part of a team of building surveyors covering all aspects of professional and project related building surveying across a wide range of sectors including educational, commercial, industrial etc.

Our team has a broad-based background, is a highly motivated group with varying levels of experience, so is the ideal place to progress your career in the profession.

The role will cover the full spectrum of building surveying services including (but not limited to) design and specification, clerk of works, contract administration surveys and dilapidations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree (RICS approved, 2:1 minimum)
• Well organised, diligent, and proactive
• A full driving licence
• Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, NBS and other software)
• A team player

They are looking for someone who can demonstrate the drive and enthusiasm to become a Chartered Building Surveyor and will be fully supported by the companies national APC support process.

The salary on offer is flexible and will be dependant on the candidates level of previous experience gained in a similar role.
