Our client is a is well established UK property and construction consultancy, that are committed to helping clients achieve their performance targets and always providing an exceptional delivery of services.

Due to an increase in work load they are looking to expand their current team based in Leeds and are looking for a Building Surveyor.

They have a variety of workload across both the public and private sectors to include the following:
• Contract Administration
• Defect analysis
• Dilapidations
• Expert Witness
• Party Wall Matters
• Surveys
• Technical Due Diligence
• Cladding remediation

Experience:

• Degree qualified
• MRICS or looking to work towards this
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years previous experience working as a Building Surveyor

Our client is offering a flexible salary and package dependent on the individual’s level of previous experience gained in a similar role.
