Building Services Manager Electrical bias required for 12 months work on a large new build residential building in Central Leeds.

We are looking to recruit a freelance Building Services Manager from an Electrical background, to work on the flagship £60m high rise residential project.

You will be working for a large main contractor, be site based, overseeing the Mechanical /Electrical and Utilities elements of the project as part of a large site management team. Any recent experience of working on large residential projects would be a distinct advantage.

The MEP packages are just about to commence, with a respected sub-contractor appointed. You will be comfortable reviewing programmes and reporting on progress to the Senior management team. Software used will be Fieldview if yiu have previous experience in this that would be an advantage.

It is essential that you have a strong Electrical background, and have recent M&E and building services experience, ideally working with a large main contractor previously.

The programme for the project is scheduled to complete in May 2023.

Minimum qualifications required are CITB SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS.
