Building Services Manager

Are you experienced as a Building Services Manager working on major projects for Tier 1 main contractors with experience working on Healthcare projects? Looking for a fresh opportunity ahead of the new year? Here at Anderselite, we are working closely with the hiring manager to identify a candidate, on a permanent basis to work on an Healthcare project in Bournemouth.
As a key member of the project team, you will be reporting to the Project Manager and the Regional Building Services Manager. You will assist with the successful delivery of building services from the pre-construction phase through to construction, commissioning and handover.

Duties include:
• Ability to manage multi-discipline MEP subcontractors including assisting the QS department in the procurement and selection of the relevant MEP subcontractors.
• You will be able to successfully liaise with the client's team and their objectives across the full range of building services disciplines.

The successful candidate will have:
• Degree-educated or HND in Building Services or equivalent.
• Experienced working for a tier 1 contractor on healthcare/hospitals is a must.
• Strong technical knowledge of the design phases
• Strong technical understanding of Building Services, ideally Mechanically bias.

Salary
£75,000 - £90,000 depending on experience.
