Are you experienced as a Building Services Engineer working on major projects for a Tier 1 main contractor? Looking for a fresh opportunity to join a project from start to finish? Here at Anderselite, we are working closely with the hiring manager to identify a candidate, on either a freelance or permanent basis to work on this Healthcare project in Dorset.

As a key member of the project team, you will be reporting to the Project Manager and the Building Services Manager. You will assist with the successful delivery of building services from the pre-construction phase through to construction, commissioning and handover.

Duties include:

• Ability to manage multi-discipline MEP subcontractors including assisting the QS department in the procurement and selection of the relevant MEP subcontractors.
• You will be able to successfully liaise with the clients team and their objectives across the full range of building services disciplines.

The successful candidate will have:

• Degree-educated or HND in Building Services or equivalent
• Experienced working on Healthcare projects
• Previously worked with Main Contractors
