 Anderselite are currently seeking a Building Services Co-Ordinator experienced within healthcare and mechanical projects to manage and coordinate on site design processes and utilities. 
 As a building service Co-ordinater 
 You will be expected to 
 • Monitor and design documentation, ensure they meet standards of the Design Programme 
 • Manage and monitor subcontractors, assist with technical reviews as well advise on procurement of subcontractors and tender returns 
 • Undertake element coordination and review design subcontractors design documentation as well as acquire samples and literature for approval with the design programme 
 • Obtain feedback from subcontractors and primary designers 
 • Monitor and coordinate the installation of utilities 
 • Carry out quality and compliance checks to ensure they meet standards 
 • Review, monitor and commission user training 
 • Coordinate operational handovers of systems 
 Key Skills and Qualifications 
 • CSCS Card 
 • Experience in Health and Mechanical projects 
 • Full driving license
