Anderselite are currently recruiting for a PART-TIME Building Manager for a permanent position with a leading real estate services firm to join their team in London.

We are looking for someone who will be able to deliver a legally compliant, safe, customer focussed environment providing agreed levels of service within a staffed building.

For this role, we are looking for someone who is comfortable in a customer focussed role and who has a practical understanding of day-to-day commercial building management. You will hold an IOSH qualification and ideally be a member of a professional body such as IWFM.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good knowledge of fire safety / H&S.
