Anderselite are currently recruiting for Building Manager for a permanent position with a leading real estate services firm to join their team in Hatfield. We are looking for someone who in a management capacity, will be able to assist in the delivery of a legally compliant, safe, customer focused environment providing agreed levels of service within a large commercial office space.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role with experience managing M&E contractors & hard services projects. You will be comfortable to act as a point of contact for liaison on occupier queries and regular communications. You will hold an IOSH qualification and ideally be a member of a professional body such as IWFM.
