We are recruiting a BIM Coordinator (all levels considered) seeking a role in a new environment to join our award-winning digital engineering team and deliver some of the UK’s most exciting construction projects. We are working with high-profile clients in sectors ranging from defence, manufacturing, healthcare, residential, cultural, education, and motorsport (Formula 1) with construction values anywhere from £5M to more than £500M. The team provide a range of services in the BIM and digital engineering space both direct to client organisations, external Consultant teams, Contractors, as well as to our own multi-disciplinary projects. Location is flexible as we operate an agile working policy but will prioritise candidates within reasonable proximity of any our UK offices, particularly Bristol, London, or Manchester.

Typical services offered by the Digital Engineering discipline include Information Management, BIM Co-ordination, as well as Digital FM consultancy. The team also play a key part in administering standards, making new technology recommendations, and contributing to pioneering pilot projects such as our Digital Twin, Building Safety Digitalisation, or Digital FM programmes. Working alongside our +10 Digital Engineers and multi-disciplinary consultant teams of over 950 employees across 12 UK offices, you will have access to the full spectrum of building consultancy professionals and specialist services which allow us to collaborate and develop innovative new service streams. You will be keen to specialise in digitalisation of the industry and adoption of process technologies underpinned by BIM and will play a key part in the continued growth of this service with occasional UK travel for meetings or industry events.

Responsibilities:
• Carry out BIM Coordination activities (using Solibri & BIM Track) and lead workshops
• Administrate Common Data Environment platforms (typically A-Site)
• Project-team facing role, leading workshops and monitoring activities of others
• Utilise knowledge and experience of the BIM process to guide projects
• Understanding of structured information model schemas

• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, emerging software, and industry developments
• Awareness of own strengths and weaknesses with a commitment to self and team development
• Able to build trust and maintain excellent working relationships
Experience and skills in a variety of areas including
• BIM coordination, reviews, and reporting using Solibri or similar
• Communication and reporting on coordination issues using BIM Track or similar
• Common Data Environment capabilities and configuration using A-Site or similar
Qualifications & Experience:
• Must have some industry experience in a relevant position (all levels considered)
• Demonstrable commitment to continued learning and self-development in emerging technology and processes
• Bachelors / Masters / other qualifications in either built environment / BIM / data science or change management (desirable, not essential)
