Anderselite are working with a Bristol based Architectural firm who are looking for either an Experienced Associate or Director level person for a succession plan.  They are extremely well established and have big growth plans and are looking for a number 2 to work alongside the Director who has the enthusiasm, resilience and ambition to do the role in its entirety.  The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic organisation and want to develop a long-term career with them. You will play a key role within the Masterplanning, Urban Design and Architecture divisions where you will be trained alongside one of the Senior Directors in the business.

You will be:
• Developing design solutions and strategies for a range of projects encompassing residential, urban and housing across the UK
• Making significant contributions to major projects or managing a portfolio of projects

• Have a history of a range of skills including Urban Design, Masterplanning, Architecture, Layout Design 
• New and existing client liaion and management

• Supporting the Director as well as the teams and making an effective contribution to its management and leadership

• Contributing towards seeking, wining, and delivering new work
• Delivering excellent service to clients and providing clear advice whilst building strong relationships, managing expectations, and adding value to their business
• Working with the wider team on the delivery of the business strategy and related activities for growth

You will need:
• Previous UK based experience working in a planning or architectural practice on residential/housing projects for national house builders or housing developers
• Relevant Degree 
• Good working knowledge of current urban design issues in a UK context
• A strong design flair with an interest in delivering high quality projects from a strategic masterplan level to the details of individual built area and urban spaces
• An understanding in the use of the full range of design focused packages including AutoCad, Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch Up, as well as Microsoft Office suite
• The ability to work and manage projects, with a strong attention to detail
