Anderselite are currently recruiting for an Associate Property Surveyor to join a leading real estate services firm based in their central London office with hybrid working arrangements available. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading team working in a role which will combine technical input whilst also managing a small team.

The Associate Property Surveyor will be responsible for a number of high profile accounts as dedicated client lead for a selection of existing clients / assets. The individual will be the primary contact for key client instructions, involved in all aspects of client service delivery, with a focus on maintaining existing established clients whilst also exploring future growth opportunities.

For this role, we are looking for someone with a relevant degree qualification combined with a practical experience of day-to-day commercial property management across retail, industrial and office portfolios. The role will require a hands-on proactive approach, with a clear focus on customer service, market leading ESG performance and brilliant core service delivery to provide a strong & professional property management service.
