Our client is a National multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices across all the major cities in the UK.

Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their current team based in Sheffield and be a key support for the current Partner.

The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS qualified or have gained the same level of experience and ideally be working currently as a Senior Building Surveyor or an Associate and be looking to make that next step in their career.

Professional Skills/Experience:

• Design and contract administration
• Project Management/ Employers agent
• Undertake stock condition survey to provide data for condition survey database
• Portfolio survey using mobile data capture
• PPM and asset condition schedules
• Quality& Technical Monitoring
• Defects Diagnosis
• Dilapidations
• Measured Survey

Person Specification:

• MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
• Strong technical delivery experience
• Good experience of project Building Surveying, Design, costing and contract administration.
• Excellent specification writing skills
• Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
• Able to build long-term relationships
• Previously employed by a consultancy
