Due to an increase in works, our client, a major contractor operating within the rail industry is seeking to employ an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based in their Sheffield office working within their Railway buildings division.
Our client gets involved in a variety of works ranging from station refurbishments, bridge works, embankments and similar and is interested in speaking to individuals with similar experience.
Candidates will have experience in the building sector and be experienced in estimating, cost monitoring and change control. You will be HND/Degree qualified and a good communicator.
