Assistant Site Manager - New build housing
I am working with a leading house builder who have a number of opportunities for experienced Assistant Site Manager's to join their team to work on new and existing sites across Leeds and West Yorkshire.
The client specialises in volume, high quality new build homes and has a number of NHBC awards to their name.
Working with experienced Site Manager's the client will offer you the chance to develop into a fully fledged Site Manager's and the opportunity to take on your own site in 2022.
Ideally you will come from a trades background specialising in either joinery or bricklaying and during this time you will have worked on new build housing. Any experience of working as an assistant site manager or supervisor would be a distinct advantage.
You will have a SMSTS or SSSTS and valid CSCS card.
This position will require you to support the lead site manager on the day to day smooth operations of running the site. You will be responsible for organising trades and labour, ordering and organising materials, dealing with subcontractors, signing work off, customer care, snagging and generally overseeing health & safety is being adhered to across the site. You will be also responsible for running the site in absense of the site manager.
