Assistant Site Manager required for long term contract on a busy site in Northwich. Reporting into a directly employed Project Manager, you will act as number 2 on site. The project is a 100 plus traditionally built houses. You will be site based, assisting the project team where required.
Experience in civils, superstructures and drainage is advantegeous and keen eye for detail for finishing will be a massive plus point. as the plots develop.
Duties Include:
Working for a large established main contractor on a large new build construction site
Management and supervisory duties for sub-contractors on site
Overseeing all health & safety on site, to ensure safe working
The successful candidate will have worked on housing sites for at least 2 years and ideally have come from a trade background, and hold CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.
Approx 45hours per week on site. This placement will be inside IR35 so payment will be made via the Umbrella company method only.
