Assistant Site Manager required by leading house builder - Immediate vacancy

I am currently working on an exclusive basis with a leading house builder who have an opening for an experienced Assistant Site Manager.

The role has opened up due to promotions within the business and current assistant manager's being promoted to their own sites and they are looking to appoint as soon as possible.

Candidates' must have experience of working within a quality led volume housing developer. Ideally you will have come from a trades background and moved across into site management.

The role will require you to support the site manager covering a range of duties in running the site day to day.

A current SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid would be ideal however not essential assuming you have the right experience for the role.

The client has specified that candidates' must live within an hour communte of Sheffield.
