As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Wakefield.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in all aspects of quantity surveying duties, including cost control, measurement, and procurement.
Prepare bills of quantities, estimates, and cost plans for construction projects.
Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, subcontracts, and tender documentation.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost management and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
