Assistant Health and Safety Consultant - Liverpool - well-established construction consultancy business, with excellent training and development opportunities - £25k-£35k+package dependent on qualifications and previous experience.

We are looking for a Assistant/Trainee Health and Safety Advisor, ideally with some experience within the construction industry, to join a busy, friendly, receptive and hardworking company with multiple clients and projects across the North of England. The successful candidate will assist our in-house health and safety manager in managing Health and safety across the business. This role will offer the successful candidate to develop their career and will provide them skills and knowledge pertaining to Health and safety.

Key responsibilities:-
Assist health and safety consultants in the day to day implementation, monitoring and evaluation of internal health and safety management systems
Assist in carrying out site inspections and safety audits with the Health and Safety Consultants 
Assist in reviewing and approving RAMS
Attending site and client health and safety meetings
Uploading key documents onto company’s internal systems 
Assist in preparing key health and safety management plans such as Construction Health and Safety Plans, Emergency plans

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:-
NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) / NEBOSH Construction Certificate (desired)
General Knowledge and CDM2015 regulations
Knowledge and understanding of relevant UK safety legislations
Construction Industry experience
Good standards of IT skills including MS office word, excel etc.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
