Anders Elite are currently looking for an Asset/Facilities manager (FM role) to work out of Mansfield on a temp to perm basis. 

The main duty of the role is as follows: 

• To undertake the surveying of the interior and exterior fabric and facilities of Neighbourhood Services assets and buildings, and recording their condition and any defects including operation and updating of the corporate database.
• To work on investigation, innovation, design, documentation and installation/construction of Building, Mechanical/ Electrical insulations projects and works.
• To monitor Health and Safety as part of the building/site survey and site supervision role.
• To provide advice to building managers on corporate Health and Safety issues related to buildings and assets.

Ideally you will have a building related discipline equivelant to level 3 or BTEC HNC or above. a trdaes background is desired,not essential. 

the role is a temp to perm basis for the right candidate, rate is negotiable but wil be paid via Umbrella PAYE for the initial temp period.
