Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Anderselite is partnering with a large, well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy to recruit a mid-level permanent Revit Architectural Technician / Technologist to support their expanding portfolio of high-security and technically complex projects.
This role is ideal for a technician with a solid grounding in project delivery from RIBA stages 3-5, who can confidently produce fully coordinated, detailed technical drawing packages in Revit and thrives in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
Key Requirements:
- Strong technical design and delivery experience across RIBA stages 3-5
- High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (3D)
- Experience working within highly regulated sectors (e.g. Defence, Laboratories, Nuclear, Prisons, Hospitals, Government Buildings, R&D)
- Sound understanding of UK building regulations, technical standards, and CDM regulations
- Ability to collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver coordinated, buildable solutions
- Experience preparing NBS Chorus specifications
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise across multiple workstreams
- Comfortable reviewing and coordinating subcontractor models and drawings
