Anderselite are currently looking for an Architectural Technician with a few years of studio experience.  You will be responsible for drafting the necessary working and planning drawings, in particular house types and multi-unit planning layouts, and assisting in producing all supporting documentation. 

About you:

2 years + experience in the residential and/ or sectors
Confident in drafting
A strong portfolio demonstrating proven design ability and exceptional presentation skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop is essential
Understanding of Microsoft Office Software 
Knowledge and understanding of current UK Planning and Building Regulations
Working well as part of a team as well as individual creative thinking
Confident, personable and proactive
Strong communication with a high standard of written and spoken English
Experience with client interaction
