Experienced Architectural Technician required for a busy Newport practice.

With over 20 years of experience covering the UK they operate in all sectors however require an Architectural Technician/ Technologist for Residential and Housing projects.

They work on a wide range of construction projects, therefore, offering the successful applicant the chance to expand their knowledge of the industry

We will offer any support needed given the vast experience base of the existing directors and staff

Are you the right person for us?

You will need to be experienced in both traditional and modern methods of construction, assisting a busy design office within a design and build construction company using Revit software ideally. 

Experience in Residential, Commercial and Industrial building construction methods is an advantage but is not essential

What will your role as an Experienced Architectural Technician look like?

Supporting a Senior Architectural project from concept to completion

Help to provide technical building models, created using current technology and traditional methods

You will be willing to learn and increase your current knowledge in the sector

You will communicate effectively in order to maintain cohesion with colleagues and clients alike
