Skills and responsibilities for this Architectural Technician/Technologist:

• Capable of providing technical design support to project teams and be able to deliver successful projects in accordance with client requirements

• Work cooperatively by sharing resources, information, and knowledge

• Able to produce detailed work drawing packages and accurate technical drawings

• Good understanding of current building legislation, construction technology and product development to undertake the production and coordination of design and construction information

• Good organisational and presentational skills

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Essentials needed for this Architectural Technician/Technologist

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

• Hold a BSc Architectural Technology degree or a (HND)

• Specification writing capability with relevant software/NBS

• Understanding of duties and responsibilities under CDM Regulations

• High level of detailing skill required

• Able to work across all project stages
