An immediate opening for an Experienced Architectural Technician/ Technologist with good competency in Revit to join a well-known Bristol-based architecture and design studio on an exciting local project.

You must have a competency working through technical working drawings, detailed design and construction packages as well as UK Building Regulation experience as well Revit capability and have proven UK practice experience of doing so. You will be expected to work in the office but there is some flexibility for remote work.

The team are circa 20 people and have a great reputation and have a welcoming and friendly team culture. The contract is for between 3 to 6 months of a steady, full-time contract, where the likelihood is that it will go on for another 6 to 9 months dependant on workload and projects. 

Projects consist of Commercial, Conservation, Community, Extra Living, Residential, Education and more.  You will be required to hit the ground running so would ideally have several years practice experience on a variety of projects working at a technical capacity.
