We have an exciting opportunity for a freelance Architectural Technician / Architect on a 3–6 month contract (outside IR35) with a highly reputable practice in West Yorkshire.

We're looking for at least 5 years of post-qualification experience to join a collaborative team. This hybrid role involves working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. You will be assisting the existing permanent staff by producing technical design drawings for RIBA Stages 4-6.

Key requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
• Experience with residential refurbishment projects, including high-rise buildings (preferred)
• Strong technical skills in construction and familiarity with Building and Planning regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
