Freelance Architectural Technician required for 3-6 month contract. (Outside IR35)

We are looking for an experienced AT with 5 years post qualification experience, to join a team lead environment with a well renowned family owned practice in West Yorkshire.

The role will be hybrid working 3 days office and 2 days at home, you will join an existing team of 12 perm staff to assist with their workload over the next 3-6 months, You will be producing technicla design drawings for RIBA Stages 2-6.

Experience on Autocad is essential and some recent experience of any residential projects would be a great advantage.

Other requirements include:

* Knowledge and experience in AutoCad
* Knowledge and experience in Revit desirable but not essential
* Proven experience in a Design Office
* A strong technical ability in all forms of construction
* Experience in Building and Planning regulations/procedures
* Good interpersonal, communication and written articulation skills
* A team player with the determination to drive projects forward


This role is Outside IR35, so we will happily accept limited company contractors for this vacancy
