Busy Newport based Practice is looking for an Intermediate and/or Senior Architectural Technician to work within their Technical Team.
The company is a fast moving, busy office who specialise in Housing and Residential project work. They are looking for someone with proven track record delivering affordable housing.

THE ROLE
This will be office based, with some home working and flexibility. You will need to be able to undertake complicated working drawings, detailing, work on UK Building regulations and potentially job run.

Ability to manage a varied workload,ensuring you meet deadlines

EXPERIENCE
Volume housing- Essential
One off housing, Apartments - Desirable
Strong working knowledge of DQR andBuilding Regulations - Desirable.

ABILITIES
HNC/HND/Degree in relevant buildingstudies - Essential
Autocad Proficient - Essential
Knowledge of Revit - Desirable
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office -Excel, Word, Outlook - Essential.
