All levels of Architectural Technicians required for Architect firm based in Manchester.

Anderselite is recruiting for Architectural Technicians working a contract basis, due to an expanding portfolio. Our client focuses on architectural projects within the healthcare, leisure, and residential sectors. Underpinning the purpose behind our client’s designs is personal experience they intend to create architectural designs which impact people’s lives in a positive way.

The successful Architectural Technician will be based at the Manchester office with 1 day a week based at home. This role will see you working directly with consultants and clients and attending sites.

Requirements:

- Architectural qualification (Degree, HNC, etc)
- Good design and drawing skills using Revit
- Experience within healthcare and/or leisure sector/s
- Good knowledge of UK Planning & Building Regulations
