Anderselite is looking for an Architectural Technician/Technologist for one of our clients.
The client is a well-established developer. The candidate will work on residential care homes projects, so experience in this sector is highly advantageous.

Location: Leeds

They are looking for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to work with their Technical Design team. The candidate will be responsible for the production and organisation of design information.

Key Responsibilities
• To assist in the design and development of projects from feasibility stage through to completion
• To work closely with all in house disciplines, site teams and external consultants
• To prepare presentation drawings and visuals for planning submission
• To prepare technical and detailed drawings

Requirements
• Knowledge of producing working technical drawings and specifications
• Hardworking with an eye for detail
• Knowledge of technical legislation including current Building Regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Proficient in Sketchup and/or Revit
• Strong problem solver and communicator
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Residential care home experience (an advantage)
