We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Residential Architectural Technician to join a prestigious team dedicated to delivering exceptional housing development designs. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise and manage the production of accurate site layouts and house types.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Layout and House Type Production: Oversee the creation of precise site layouts and house types for our in-house Technical teams development projects.

Architectural Support and Technical Guidance: Provide valuable architectural support and technical guidance to regional teams, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.

Preparation of Working Drawings: Prepare detailed working drawings and bespoke unit designs while paying meticulous attention to ancillary details.

Resolution of Site Queries: Register, resolve, and monitor site queries efficiently to facilitate progressive product development.

Design and Compliance: Design economically while considering commercial aspects, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, local Planning Authority requirements, and CDM implications.

Documentation and Coordination: Manage the issuance of technical documentation and seamlessly integrate specialist suppliers designs into comprehensive drawing packages.

Innovation and Quality Assurance: Implement new design methods and ideas to enhance our companys reputation. Establish and enforce quality standards in schemes, maintaining our companys positive image.

Information Flow Management: Manage the flow of information, including drawings and design plans, to our in-house technical team, ensuring they have necessary documentation promptly for construction.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Relevant degree or equivalent technical qualification (e.g., Architectural Technologist, Architecture, Urban Design).
Extensive experience in volume residential design.
Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC legislation, and Health & Safety/CDM regulations.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software is essential.
Strong planning, organising, and prioritising skills.
Possession of a full UK driving license.
