Mid-level Architectural Technician / Technologist

This client specialises in the residential/developer sector and are looking for a mid-level Architectural Technician to join their team. This role is accessible for people from Wigan/Warrington/Bolton/Manchester.

Requirements:

- AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Excel
- Prior experience with house builder/similar
- Layout design experience

Responsibilities:

- Conduct occasional site visits
- Produce sketch schemes and feasibility studies
- Liaise with planning authorities and external consultants
- Use building standards for preparation of designs
- Create and design drawing packages
