Job Title: Architectural Technician

Location: Warrington or Manchester (Hybrid/Remote Working)

Contract Type: 12-Month Initial Contract (Potential for Permanent Employment)

Are you an experienced Architectural Technician with a strong background in industrial and large-scale projects, boasting a minimum of 3 years proficiency in Revit software? If so, we have an exciting opportunity waiting for you to join our team!

As we expand, we seek an Architectural Technician to contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Utilising Revit software to create and maintain accurate 3D models, drawings, and documentation for nuclear and defence projects.
Adhering to industry standards and best practices to generate detailed designs, layouts, and construction documents.
Collaborating to integrate design elements seamlessly with other disciplines for project execution.
Working closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve design challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Staying updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and advancements in Revit software and BIM methodologies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Revit software in the industrial or large-scale sectors.
At least 10 years of overall industry experience in a related field.
Preferably a British passport holder due to the nature of high-security projects (exceptions can be made for SC-required roles).
Holder of, or willingness to obtain, security clearance.
Proficiency in creating detailed 3D models using Revit software.
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
Ideally located within a commutable distance to Warrington or Manchester, although not mandatory.
Flexibility to work in a hybrid/remote working environment.
All necessary equipment for the role will be provided by the employer.
