Anderselite are currently looking for an Architectural Technician/ Technologist for a Cardiff city centre based client.  The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD with strong technical knowledge.
You must also have the ability to coordinate detailed design information for construction.

Experience of dealing with planning and building regulations applications is required as well as experience in a range of sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Fit out and projects will be primarily associated with existing buildings and their refurbishment. 

Experience with listed buildings would also be beneficial.  A knowledge or interest of the hospitality industry would be useful but not essential.

The client is looking to offer a position with negotiable working hours (part/full time) as these arrangements may suit someone looking to semi-retire, with work/life balance requirements etc.
The role would be office based.
