Architectural Team Leader / Coordinator

My client has a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Team Leader/Coordinator to join their team in their North Yorkshire office. My client is an Award-winning Architectural practice.

An ideal candidate is highly motivated, well-organised, thoughtful, and experienced in the design and delivery of large, challenging projects. The role will include close communication and coordination with the client team and design team. HIghde3ali, the candidate will have experience working on a commercial Workspace, large housing developments, Retail, and I&L schemes.

Key Responsibilities
As an Architectural Team Leader/Coordinator you will manage projects from inception through to completion, developing ideas for clients. You will lead a team of Architects and Technologists with the support of an Associate Director who helps with aid resource management and BD activities. To aid your ongoing development, you will join our Leadership development programme, including courses led by external providers.

Salary and Package

• A competitive starting salary (£44,000 - £48,000 DOE)
