Anderselite Recruitment have an exciting new vacancy available for both an Architectural Assistant and Project Architect to join a successful and award-winning practice based in the Newport, South Wales area.

This client is a medium sized practrice who serve a range of clients and projects throughout the UK,. They are a BIM/ Revit driven practice with one of their main sectors of work being Residential and Housing projects.

For these roles you must have:

* At least 3 years UK based experience
* A varied software knowledge with Revit skills being desirable.
* The ability to hit project deadlines to the highest of standard.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
* A great understanding of the UK Building regulations/ Lifetime Homes

Whilst working as an Assistant/ Architect you will:

* Assist/ Manage team members in all stages of projects.
* Over see the more Junior members of the team.
* Be in charge of overseeing and running various projects.
* Communicate with all members of your design team.
* Attend site meetings.
