Our client, an architectural practice based in Gloucester, are seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant / Architect join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant / Architect to join an expanding practice that have an excellent reputation. Due to the variety of sectors that our client work within, they are flexible with career background.

Our client is an expert at designing and delivering projects and have gained an excellent reputation in the South-West region in particular. They are a design-led practice, with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects with high attention to detail. Projects vary from client to client including small to large scale extensions, refurbishments and conversions. Sectors that this practice operates within include Residential, Leisure, Commercial, Healthcare and Education as well as some Defence. A few responsibilities include creating detailed drawings, working drawings and produce planning applications for several projects as well as producing 3D technical drawings, running projects and liaising with clients. They are a Revit/BIM practice but are happy to train candidates if they do not have the software knowledge prior to joining, for our client it is more about the right personality and experience.

Part II Architectural Assistant / Architect Position Overview
• Assist other members of staff
• Work on a range of projects in a variety of sectors
• Attend site visits
• Work on projects from Inception through to completion
• Preparing & managing detailed design and production information
• Assisting the design team/technical team

Part II Architectural Assistant / Architect Position Requirements
• Bachelors / Masters in Architecture or ARB qualified Architect
• Live in or around South Wales
• Revit knowledge (advantageous - training can be given)
• Design flare
• Hard working and motivated individual
• Ability to work well within a team

Part II Architectural Assistant / Architect Position Remuneration
• Competitive salary (£25,000 - £35,000 DOE)
